The concept is simple. Beautiful villas in a pristine location with stunning sea views. Sustainably minded and design-led, Dunia is a small discrete estate tucked high up in the hills above Selong Belanak.
DUNIA’s location is 2km from the coastline, giving guests access to dozens of world class beaches. Yet the villas are a world away in the hills, completely private and secluded. It’s easy to see why the project was originally intended as a Wellness Retreat…cool and quiet, peaceful, private and surrounded by nature.
DUNIA Estate is a small hillside subdivision – large enough for economies of scale and creating community, but small enough to remain discrete and personal. Of the total, 10 Plots are sold and in various stages of design and construction. Only 4 plots remain for sale and come pre-packaged together with a signature 2Bed-villa.
DUNIA Villas are small luxury villas – pre-designed and pre-priced, making it quicker, easier and cheaper for clients to build. The design concept is for each to be its own private retreat, with all the amenities and services for extended stays. That way guests can really settle in and relax, without having to leave home. Designs can be customized and 1bed / 3bed versions are being released shortly.
DUNIA Land sales are larger blocks of land and custom designs – on the neighboring blocks beside and below. Technically outside the DUNIA Estate, this allows buyers more flexibility on land size and more freedom on villa design but still able to take advantage of key infrastructure and services.
